Therefore this project is eligible to be stepped down from a Group ‘B’ to a Group ‘C’ project and Environmental Screening Documents will be prepared.

This notification marks the beginning of the 30-day review period in which affected parties may request to MTO that the project remain a Group ‘B’ project. If no objections are received by February 6, 2015, the project will be stepped down to a Group ‘C’ project.

The PIC is planned as a drop-in style open house session that will provide attendees with the opportunity to review displays, discuss the project directly with members of the project team, and provide comments. The PIC will be held as follows:

4:00pm to 8:00pm
